The food is great but the costumer service not so much. The Peruvian staff are always kind, polite and ready to explain every dessert and meal so you can make your best choice. Other workers among whom I count an Iranian middle-aged man (who once rudely berated me in front of all customers and other staff for daring to choose which piece from the dessert tray I wanted), and today a Colombian dark-skinned lady with glasses and black hair (her accent in Spanish gave her away and...
Long wait for such poor quality...bad tamale...bread with pork rinds, everything dries out the meat...the vinegary sauce...totally dirty bathrooms, a can full of papers that should have been cleaned
Pastry located in Kendall, the cakes and cakes are very good. Highly recommended is the piano no de lucuma and its chicken and sausage sandwiches...what needs to be emphasized is customer service. Much to be desired, there are lines of people who are going to taste their breakfasts and they do not know how to handle this situation.
