Fifteen years later and Latin Cafe 2000 still hits exactly the same. I first came here back in 2011, and when I returned to Miami this week it was my very first stop. That should tell you everything.

The tortilla con jamón was absolute perfection. Golden on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, with the ham cooked right into every bite. The croquettes were just as good as I remembered. Crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they haven’t cut...
Stopped in here for a pre-cruise dinner and while it was perfectly fine, I'd been hoping for more from an authentic cuban cafe. Service was decent, but the food lacked any punch to it. I'm used to a cuban sandwich having some nice zing from the mustard, and yet I found it lacking here. I also had two large bits of bone in my shredded pork. I get that it happens, but boy howdy it is so off putting to have something unexpectly crunch like that.
Brief visit to this Cuban based café in Miami. Very interesting menu and incredibly helpful staff make this a place to visit if you happen to be in the vicinity. Only a few hundred yards from the Miami airport Marriott hotels. Outside and inside seating.
