Most of the reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the outside seating is pretty and the prices are cheap for a meal in that area. BUT the staff is rude and I attentive and the food didn't taste fresh or prepared with thought nor passion. It tasted like they only used salt for seasoning. Overall my eggs were good and I was hungry so I did eat most of my plate although I don't think I would come again.

Horrible customer service. No one speaks English - not even the manager. I ordered chicken and received steak. Ordered tomatos and they sent raw onions and lettuce. When called to complain they asked for the food back. Beware!

Ok there's no valid excuse for a $10 minimum credit card order when your items are $1 - $2. You need a better system. We were unable to order a colada and croquetas, so 1 Star for their inability to service the clientele.

When you see this place RUN the other way. The food here mediocre, fries are stale, and the staff is extremely rude. I live in the high rises across the street so I frequent this place quite a bit for a quick bite, meal or a coffee to go. Also, don’t even think about asking a question in regards to the menu because even that bothers them. Don’t trust their online menu when you call to make a pick-up order because when you get to pick up your food nothing of what is on the menu is accurate and the staff will tell you they have the right to change the menu as they please (talk about false advertisement). Will NEVER return to this establishment again.

Tried to pay with card in middle of covid19 crisis and they did not accept because it was less than $10 (i got 2 coffees to go and 1 empanada). I think this is an unnecesary inconvenience in 2020 when most people do not use cash + using cash in the middle of covid19 is not the best idea ... Not good experience, needs to modernize !
