Le Bar at Pullman Miami Airport Hotel

! RUN AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Got a day pass as a gift to not even have a room at check in time with no estimate of when it will be ready. Since my reservation was a gift they said that the card on file would be charged just to be told during check in that they couldn’t charge the one file. No management on site on a busy Sunday with cruises coming in and out. Lobby completely filled with people with the same issues. People are being told they don’t have reservations that were booked months out. Many people being forced to cancel since their room wasn’t ready. The hotel and rooms are dingy and definitely not the cleanest. If you want to charge your phone you have to unplug everything in the room to get to an outlet and end up sitting in the dark since you’re only limited to a few lamps for lighting.

If you want somethinfg close to the airport i guess. My experience was just ok. The first was just dirty to me, the second room was ok, however the carpets need to be either cleaned or replaced, the bathroom could use a paint job in the ceiling, and they should be sure the bath was etc. for the next guest. Now let's get to bed they don't use a fitted sheet which mean if the sheet is let's say just right you could possibly end up on the mattress cover, not good. I normally check under beds and the covers first thing, i didn't right away, however when i did the thin blanket had spots on it not sure if they even tried to wash it out but it should be throwed away period. For the price of the hotel o would think the rooms would be nicer. The buffet was horrible and for 54.00 buck's good thing it was included with my room. The shuttle service only takes you to the airport nowhere else, not even within a 2to 5-mile radius like a lot of other hotels. Front desk staff was pleasant, however the people that work in the bar restaurant not so much. They act as if they would rather be somewhere else. I watched the one guy taking orders and people had to tell him again they wanted water, and had to tell him again it was to orders of food not one smh he wasn't listening well at all. If i was staying for one night fine but 3 no i would have pick a better accommodation I shocked because it's on the Delta Airline picks.

Great Airport hotel and close enough to MIA and Malls if you want to do a bit of shopping. Love the fact that it has restaurants as well.

1.July.2023 The reception was a little chilly .?The room super clean nice view?The bar with the food very good.The absolute highlight was the breakfast buffet, which I can only recommend ??Looking forward to next year
