Walked in yesterday for lunch. Everyone was in a rush, but they didn't have many guests. They decided to have a restaurant meeting before serving us. We sat for a few minutes and then left. They saw us walking out and didn't say a word. Terrible service and seemed biased against white people. Places like this are garbage.

Our server, Ana, was fabulous! Hands down best server ever! She asked right away if we had any food allergy restrictions and was careful to be sure our celiac friend was well cared for. She was so attentive and so sweet to our party of 5. Sergio was awesome too, making sure we were all doing good. Food and drinks were great!

Food was real life terrible! It’s a nice spot but they gotta get that food up to par ASAP! Fried Chicken was rubbery and the lobster roll was also extremely rubbery with way too much sauce!

Some friends introduced me to Le Chick last week. I was very impressed with the overall experience. The food was outstanding as was the vibe of sitting in their outdoor section on a beautiful evening for dinner. And what made it the perfect experience was the amazing service from our server Danielle. Her menu recommendations and the level of attention and follow up that she provided to our table were spot on. Food, service and vibe were 10/10! Going back with another group of out of town friends tomorrow for dinner
Just had ‘brunch’ here. Had to send poached eggs back for being rock solid and cold then got charged twice for the liberty of being polite and patient whilst the second batch got cooked. How you can get poached eggs wrong on a brunch menu in a restaurant, is one thing - getting charged twice and a 20% customary tip added is next level. Think the word ‘service’ hasn’t been taught well here. I explained the situation then was told ‘I’ll remove the other dish, no problem’ - of course it wasn’t a problem as I didn’t touch the food. There are ways to treat issues with service and adding a dish that is inedible and a 20% ‘compulsory’ service isn’t it. An apology would be a start.
