The staffing here could not give a @%#%!. You would be better off at an automat. It is sad because it is convenient, But if you are smart you will walk the two blocks to Publix, save some money and get the same or better product. Until it hits the owners in the pockets, they just don't care.
The food prepared there is good and at a reasonable price. However their hot snacks section (empanadas, tequenos, pastelitos, etc) are all saggy and tasteless, probably the worst ones I’ve ever tried in Miami.

Perhaps things have changed, but we found this deli in the Double Tree Hotel mall to be much better than the negative reviews would indicate. They have a nice selection of subs, pizza, and more. We enjoyed the empanadas. All in all, a fine choice for a quick bite, and very reasonable compared to surrounding choices and other places in Miami Beach.
