I recently visited Le Jardin restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food is excellent, the ambiance is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The owner is amazing! They are very helpful with orders, and their service truly enhances the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and customer service was amazing. It was my first time there and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations based on recommendations of their food. The atmosphere could use a bit of help but it’s a neighborhood eatery after all.
The rice was burning .The customer service was awful . When I called to , to discuss the food. The person who answered the telephone was very unprofessional . I will recommend that the owner of Le Jardin Restaurent hired people who are suitable to deal with customer. I placed an order for Kabrit and Mac cheese over phone I was told Mac cheese would be ready by the time I arrival, but was told it would be 25 minutes when I arrived. I waited then was told that it would not be available anytime soon. They said give me a free side for inconvenience,but the lady at the desk charged me for extra side plus my order. Lady at front seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Last time!

Maybe Sundays are the worst days to order. I called an hour from closing time and ask for oatmeal (they usually have them in a cup already made on the counter) they lady on the phone said they didn’t have any on Sundays. Then I asked what meal do they have in ready and she had an attitude and said if I’m not ready to order I can’t order. Like seriously I don’t expect the best service from them but to tell me that at a RESTAURANT. Where ppl always trying to figure out what they want to eat is insane. I hope she learns patience but next time I’ll order earlier ??♀️
