Dinner at this Michelin 2-star restaurant was extraordinary from start to finish. The kitchen delivered precision and creativity in every course, flavors layered with intention, technique executed flawlessly, and presentation that showed true culinary discipline. The pacing of the meal was smooth and unhurried, allowing each dish to stand on its own.
We have two complaints : 1) the crab cake did not meet my expectation for a Michelin restaurant, in terms of both taste and presentation. 2) they did not have either of the wine we have selected from the menu.
Food was amazing - definitely worth the Michelin star. Service was pretty good as well. Just a little surprised about the design/decor. Doesn't seem to fit the design district or high end Michelin star restaurant - more for an average /mid level restaurant. This wouldn't stop be from going again at all, just surprised me a bit.
