Came in to buy some items for a friend. Although the store was beautiful, the staff ruined the whole experience for me. A man and a woman sat behind the counter did not welcome me into this beautiful store. They seemed miserable to be working there. The attitude was so unenthusiastic. It was a Friday and the mall was busy so I was expecting the associates to be more welcoming and helpful. I will not return to this beautiful store to be ignored by rude ppl.
The female associate working Friday August 22nd at around 2PM doesn’t know what customer service means. There was no guests in sight, and couldn’t put a bow on a 8 piece macaroon order for a birthday gift, looked at us like if we were crazy for asking such a thing. I felt humiliated never again

Ordered some French sweets, a gelato and some macaroons. The hazelnut gelato was amazing, one of my favorites. The macaroons were also really good, but unfortunately, we found a long hair inside the tiramisu macaroon. The others were fine but it does make me wary about sanitary practices in the kitchen. Also the macaroons were expensive for one to have had a hair in it.

We stopped by this place before our flight. As we wanted to get Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup and saw that cup was very small, we had to say no to order (Before employee would even start making the desert) and the guy working there raised his hands in air and said “Wooowww”

The guy working here threw his hands in air because I changed my mind on getting dessert. He didn’t even make it yet, we saw the picture and the picture shows bigger cup than the one he was making it in. So I decided not to get it and told him politely we don’t want it and his reaction he raised his hand and was extremely rude. It’s okay if you don’t let the customer know of the actual size of the dessert but at least don’t make rude noises and express unnecessary disrespect.
