Last night I went to a daiquiri bar and ordered 2 pina coladas, they gave them to me in plastic cups imitating a pineapple which I neither asked for nor offered to me. When I went to pay the bill they charged me $46 and a few cents including 18% tip. The first thing is that you have to ask the customer if they want regular glasses or the pineapple glass and second, stop charging customers the salary of your workers, the tip is given depending on the service received and we determine the amount we should give them. . It took him 2 minutes to prepare 2 pina coladas for me and we left. So you have to pay them 18% tip than they never offered what type of pina colada we wanted. Do business and earn money like gentlemen and stop stealing from customers.

They charge you 18% on each bill plus 3% if you use a card or not. On top of that they add on the scanner if you want to leave additional tip but they don’t tell you. I paid cash and they still charge me the 3% regardless they girl said it’s automatically added (rip-off). Please please read before you pay, they are there to take your money specially the tourist. Why in the world is it obligated to leave 18% ??

They charge you a dollar extra for the margarita that's the same exact size if you poured into the novelty one you would think the novelty cup will be extra that's fine but if you ask for a refill still $1 extra in the first drink they give you a lot of alcohol the ones after that is a very small amount remember gratuitous 18% is already on the receipt including a convenience fee. Another tourist trap

Souvenir Drink cups @ $20 is a theft, We had 1 Mojito, 2 Margaritas, felt like drinking juice at $20 each, we never felt the alcohol on it. Food expensive also for the amount, obviously taking advantage of the tourist visiting the Mall. Also they include the Gratitude on the ticket without ask. At the end 3 drinks on souvenirs cups, 1 order chicken wings (5 pieces) 1 french fries$110. Do that amount make any sense vs what we order and the minimum of the minimum of alcohol if any on the drinks? Plus, those places in the center are same owner under different name.Read other people's reviews and confirm it, they are scammers!

BE VERY CAREFUL. THIS ESTABLISHMENT CHANGED ITS NAME TO MOJITO BAR. ON 05/06 A SERVER NAMED VALENTINA WAS FORCING CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE THE TO GO SOUVENIR CUP. THE COST OF THE DRINK PLUS 14.99 TO INCREASE THE TOTAL OF THE BILL WHERE GRATUITY WAS ALREADY INCLUDED (WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING). THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP AND A SCAM.

WATCH OUT! NEW COMPANY (Mojito Club) in the same place and terrible pre made piba colada. I ordered 7 virgin piña coladas without knowing they were pre made. They taste terrible and I was charged $110 which included $18 forced tip for filling pre made colada in glasses in 3 minutes! I didn’t realize it until after I left! Never again!
Daiquiris are good. Prices a little high. It is a good visit, since is in the open, and you can grab a cigarrete, have a drink and relax after a Long say of shopping at the mall

Great service and really respectful servers and waiters/ waitresses- the host seats you and your group quickly and the drinks are bomb! I didn't order any food but from what i saw and smelled around me it looked really good and fresh.

Since it has changed owners it is garbage I saw a employee open a bottle of pre mix with his mouth this place should be shut down

I got my daughter a virgin strawberry daiquiri and when she tasted the drink it tasted like bleach. I had the manager on staff taste it and he agreed es it tasted like bleach. He wasn’t able to give me my money back when asked and I asked him why do they clean with bleach. I asked for the number of the manager and he didn’t give me the number. I explain to him this is bad and especially because I gave it to my daughter. My husband went over to talk to him and he didn’t want to give his name or a refund. Skeila from mojito bar was about to refund us and give us the email to file a complaint. Miguel came back and apologized on how it was handled and he wasn’t aware tht a refund could have been done.

THESE MOTHER FRICKERS NOW REOPNED CHARGE 5 DOLLARS TO REMOVE THE ALCHOHOL FROM YOUR DRINKS. Now if you drink alchohol thwn your payment of 15 dollars for a meduim will be fine for most drinks. I also waited more than half an hour for my recipt
