Lime Fresh Mexican Grill

Super friendly staff and yummy food. For the price it’s really good- probably one of my favorite chain-mexican food.

My family and I went to this location for Cinco De Mayo 2022. They were not ready for the rush. The margaritas that I was so looking forward to, had none of the slush that I’m a custom to. They were pure sugar without the cold to combat the sugar. They were awful. The meat on our tacos were cold. The tables were not being cleaned either. Unfortunately this was my wife’s and her cousin’s first time eating there, after I hyped it up. We were all very disappointed. I will not be going back to Lime again. It’s not what I remembered.

We are traveling and stopped in just at closing. The manager (the "professor") was amazing. He reopened the kitchen for us and committed to cleaning up after us because he wanted to extend a generous hand to us without overburdening his staff. When the manager takes care of his staff, this resulted in superior service to the customer, worth coming back for. That said, food was great, extremely fresh. Even the guacamole and chips had a freshness to it that is hard to find. Highly recommended.

Love coming to this lime. The manager is so friendly and takes the time to make sure everything is ok and you are happy with your food. The team is wonderful overall. We always feel so welcome here and the food is so fresh. Keep up the good work ! Very thankful for all of your hard work specially during this times.

Best Frozen Margaritas in the US. Period.They have the right amount of ice, a great deal of tequila, and a good variety of flavors.If you don’t like that much sweetness, go for the original. But if you do, try the strawberry one. It’s delicious!

The manager is so much fun! He's always pleasant and chats it up with us whenever we go. I don't know the young ladies name but she was so sweet wanted to take selfies with us!

Order was supposed to be ready by 8:30pm. Get there at 8:35pm to an absolute empty restaurant and was told my order wasn't ready. Waited till 8:45pm to notice a bag on a random table and checked it out of curiosity (because the place was empty) to be my name on it. And another time went for curbside pick-up and employees made me go in regardless. This place sucks. Hire competent people.

First time going to this place and it was okay. Staff seemed confused on the process of ordering and receiving food. They placed the wrong name on my order hence why they were unable to let me know my order was ready until I approached them about where it was. The food was not bad and had a good taste to it. The dip they provided with the tortilla chips was different and I liked the flavor. I'm still on the fence on whether I would return and give them an opportunity to redeem themselves........

Dining area was clean. Food and margarita always great. Manager went around making himself available. You can tell the team enjoys their job!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We had a previous order messed up and Lime honored that and offered us a free replacement meal. The Manager was very nice and accommodating with us, took his time with us, and offered us free soda as well. The food was delicious and the whole experience was great and really made up for my frustration with the previous wrong order. I will definitely keep patronizing this Lime. In a trying time of poor customer service all over, this Lime in West Kendall really stands out for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you, Lime!

I’ve been coming to this location for as long as it’s been open. I stopped coming for a bit because of COVID. I come back, and after I order my food, I ask for a cup of water, they literally gave me a “plastic shot glass” for water. It makes the business seem so cheap, and uncomfortable for the consumer. They used to have decent sized cups for tap water. The water cups they used to have weren’t their fountain drink cups, but they were a decent size. It’s one thing to live in Miami, where prices have gone up everywhere, but a business can at least come up with a fund, to present appropriate water cups to customers that spend a good amount of money. Expensive for ordering in a line. It is not really a restaurant, it is like a fast food place, and 60 dollars for 3 people for this type of place is really expensive!!!! Wont go there again for sure!!!

Service was excellent. Food was brought quickly and tasted fantastic. Took some margaritas to go and they were great too. Love coming here, just which they had more locations.
