I really love this place . We had ordered to go, but when we arrived to pick up the food, the staff was so welcoming and kind that we decided to eat there instead. They have a sauce bar where you can choose your own sauces. The food was hearty and fresh, and the price was great. They provide cups for water and keep the tables clean. The staff was excellent, they are helpful, proactive, and truly welcoming. Plus, they validate parking in the garage.

I wanted to share some feedback about an experience I had this afternoon at Lime. Typically, I enjoy coming here the atmosphere is great, and I’ve rarely had anything but positive interactions with the staff. Unfortunately, today was an exception.

A woman named Coraima took our order, and from the very beginning, her demeanor was noticeably unpleasant. When my friend and I asked for a moment to decide on our order, she responded with visible frustration sighing and rolling her eyes. As I began to place my order, she interrupted before I could finish, responding with curt, dismissive “OKAY”s to everything I said. For example, I began with “Could I have chips and queso,” and before I could add anything else, she cut me off with an abrupt “OKAY.” The same thing happened when I asked for a margarita. Her tone and body language made it clear that she was irritated, though I remained polite throughout the interaction.

At first, I assumed she might be having a rough day and chose not to take it personally. However, what stood out to me and ultimately made me feel compelled to say something. Her behavior shifted completely when a group of elderly guests sat near us. Suddenly, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive. That contrast made it hard not to feel singled out.

As a local customer who truly enjoys what Lime offers, I believe it’s important to address these things. There’s no reason for guests to feel uncomfortable or disrespected, and I’d hate to see Lime develop the kind of reputation other fast-casual chains have fallen into due to poor service and emotionally immature staff.

I’m hopeful this feedback will be taken constructively, and that it helps uphold the great experience I know Lime is capable of providing.

Wow. What happened to Lime? The burritos are significantly less than 2 years ago barely full and 50% less beef. $15 for slim pickings No way I rather go to Chipotle where the burritos are big filling and healthier. I feel like I was ripped off. Never eat here people ..Never again!

My 1st time entering here and even though it was before noon. The place is very well maintained and well organized. The counters were clean and well presented with drinks, condiments, and space. I spoke to Frank and told him I take pics of places I visit and put it on here and I got over a million views of places and sometimes they use my photos in their website which I find pretty neat. Well, enough of that. Let's get back to my review. Shall we. They have a back room with larger tables and spaces. And I was told people take over for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and etc. The bathrooms are immaculate and well stocked. Frank and along with the staff are super friendly and neat in appearance. So if anyone is hungry for some great food and a well trained staff who is friendly and ready to serve you. Come visit and relax.

Will not return. Went for dinner and felt like I was eating leftovers. The food was subpar, upon entering had to wait almost 15 minutes just order. Place was completely a mess, bathroom had a sign that said employees must wash hands but no soap, the handles and doors were all greasy, I did not even want to touch my food. Bathroom had a mess on the floor, tables had trash, does salsa bar had reached the very bottom and was mostly water everything tasted nasty. I feel like I might get sick from what I ate. In addition everything was overpriced and had small amounts, we ended up throwing away more than half of the food. Really recommend new management.

Got take out and they didn’t follow the instruction of No Beans. Simple ask but did not execute. Not the first time. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I really like the food, althought they didn't have churros at the time, they replaced them with a different option, which was really nice. The atmosphere is pretty chill. I really liked this short colombian girl, she was super kind and helpful with my order.

Used to be great. Now it's just ok. Salsas were bland. Guacamole was not fresh. Burrito was alright. Wish this placed tasted like it used to.
