The food is just disgusting here. I gave this another try after having not eaten here in a while and was even more disappointed than before. Ordered two lime chicken burritos for delivery and what I got were two giant refried beans burritos and not even good tasting ones. I had to deconstruct the burrito just to see if they even added any chicken at all and I'd be surprised if they used a teaspoon to scoop anything in. To add insult to injury, their chips were stale and not even salted. Just overall gross. Don't eat here when Chipotle is 100x better.

First off I want to make it clear that this is only for this Lime location specifically. When I was first making the order I asked if all of the locations are linked and if I gave them my phone number for the rewards would it work. The woman at the register said yes. So I made the order. Then afterwards I said I wanted to give my phone number for the rewards and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about so then she went and got the manager and it turns out they don't do rewards or something at that location. A little bummed but I paid and tiped. Then the gentleman behind me made his order. My order came up and they gave it to him. I thought that was odd since he made his order after mine but I figured they knew what they were doing so I continued to wait for mine. Luckily, he looked in the bag because he didn't get how his came up first either, and it turned out that wasn't his order. So they gave him mine and would have given me his. I get home to eat it and for lack of better words, it's just not good compared to other locations. In the end I definitely won't be going back to this location.

Ordered from a man at register with very limited English. Clearly told him 1 chicken quesadilla and 3 hard shell chicken tacos. Instead of tacos he charges me $39 for 3 burritos. Says order can’t be changed. Now fighting credit card.
