Quick with your orders and pleasant atmosphere. The pizza itself is still Little Caesars, so if you don't like it, it isn't going to be any better if you get it from here. But, it's one of the more efficient locations.

I'm very dissatisfied with this place. I used to come here to buy pizza because they had them ready, but lately they've been taking a long time since they don't have any pizzas ready. Today I arrived and it took them 10 minutes to take my order, and then I had to wait 30 minutes to get some simple pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They should pay more attention and have more pizzas ready. I waited almost 45 minutes for this order.

Arrive to pick up my order from the portal, food wasn't in the portal so I waited inside with at 5 people and waited almost an hour before my order was ready, and non of the employees even said a word to anyone inside waiting. The employees knew we were all waiting to be helped, but I guess they assume if they stay in the back maybe we'll go away! I got helped almost an hour into my wait only to see my pizza was placed in the portal 15 minutes earlier, but the portal didn't display my name so how could I assume it was my order when they employee place orders in the portal and immediately go to the back and not say a word. I finally got help 50 minutes into my wait. I will never go back and spend my money there if this is what kind of customer service they're taught by management.

There is two people that works there and always messed up my order no matter what.. so I order online and when I went to pick up my order 1 Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni 1 Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs® 1 Crazy Combo® [Crazy Bread® & Crazy Sauce®]
They made 2 Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs® 1 Crazy Combo® and didn’t make the pizza so I ask them what they can do for me and if there was a manager. There was a guy and women that couldn’t give me their name or give me their manager information… They need to get better customer service. ASAP and know what they are doing

One of the significant hurdles is scheduling an appointment for an interview, which can be complicated due to Gutierrez's frequent unavailability, leading to multiple rescheduling attempts. Upon meeting Gutierrez, the request for personal contact information without providing a clear plan for follow-up may be perceived as dismissive and neglectful of managerial duties.

I had an issue with my recent order—my pizzas arrived burned, and I was understandably frustrated. When I called, Gladies picked up and immediately made a tough situation better. She listened patiently, was kind, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem. Her professionalism and quick action turned a negative experience into a positive one. I never get a good little ceaser pizza from this location specifically. No one at this establishment can ever get a pizza right. Always drenching my mouth in their awful sauce. I take a first bite of any slice and the cheese falls off and the pound of sauce of my shirt. This is every time. I will never be going back.
