I ordered a DoorDash from here and I put it to be the fastest possible and 1 hour passed and didnât get any notification of my order, I called customer service and they told me they scheduled the order for the next day at 1pm so I had to cancel it, that never happened to me before, so bad

I placed my order ahead of time, and once again, it was late. When I asked about the delay, the lady working there told me, âIâm not here to serve you.â Thatâs completely unprofessional. Then, when she noticed I took a picture (because I wanted proof of how things were being handled), she started tryna be funny and told me to retake the photo so she could pose for it with her duck lips out and a peace signâ in the middle of working! Iâve never seen this employee here before, and her attitude and behavior were unacceptable. This locationâs service keeps getting worse, and I wonât be coming back until management addresses this.
My order was handed to the wrong driver, and I ended up receiving someone elseâs food. I had to reorder the same items about 30 minutes before closing, which wouldnât have been necessary if my original order was handled correctly. After placing the second order, several drivers kept cancelling. One driver told me the restaurant was still open, but after three more cancellations, another driver said the doors were locked and the restaurant was actually closed. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Lots of people waiting long wait.. and bad set up location in a busy street. Nowhere to park. Noone knows if there is parking behind the building and if so, there is not back door only threw another store a convenient store. Will never go back to this awful location..

I went there today because itâs close to my house it take about an hour to get my pizza and when she finished she put it in the warmer I hear my name but she did call me she just put it in the warmer I had to go to work to reall hate going to the one it supposed to be hot and ready and not your waiting for hours on pizza this place needs a whole new staff

I get off work place an order on a guest account due to me, not wanting to wait 30 Minutes for food so I ordered online 4 boxes of pizza and 2 2 L of starry Sprite, the foreigners thatâs in there accuse me of stealing 2 L sprites which I paid for ! the lady put her hands on me and would not help me I tried showing her proof of my order she still choose not to help So I grab my own 2 liters soda THAT I PAID FOR I even asked for the manager nobody know who the manager in other words no manager was on shift. she called the police girl ion care about no police everything was paid fo nobody helped me. I am very disappointed with this. Itâs always something when I come to this little Caesars all I wanted was help to grab my sodas, I had already had my pizza she was on the phone in the midst of helping me n holding me hostage I shouldâve waited for the police n pressed charges

So I came in Thursday, August 21 around 5:30 pm. The reason I go in and not my husband is because the last time he came to pick up some pizzas, he got into a discussion with the so claimed manager. Before she attempts to take my order, I noticed she was on a phone call because she was talking into her AirPod. I had to repeat my order to her multiple times and she got upset that I got upset and told her that if maybe she wasnât on the phone, she would hear me. She started getting loud and very rude and nasty. She got so irritated, she ended up not even taking my order and had the guy from the kitchen do it. If these are the kind of managers Littke Caesars is hiring, yall need to do better!
