By far the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The only reason I waste my time going is because the next location is a far drive. This location NEVER EVER answers the phone so you can call ahead instead of waiting. They actually have the ringer off!!! I tried calling while in store and it didn't even ring. Everyone who works there was clearly never trained properly. I was just charged $1.75 extra for extra Parmesan cheese on my crazy bread...which costs $3 to begin...read full review
