For the first time in 2 years that I have been going to this location a cashier tells me that my pizza is going to cost 19.20 for one pizza I have an autistic son which only eats little Caesars pizza and I go there daily and purchase 2 to 4 pizzas this cashier which told me his name is Mauricio was very rude and cocky and had a smart remark and smirk on his face when he told me the price like if I was bothering him to do his job I guess he doesn’t like working because to pay 19.20 for one large cheese pizza with no sauce and one extra item which is butter garlic sauce is ridiculous I told him the manager always gets it correct and he just answers me well I am not the manager and I don’t know how to do the order so I told him he needs to be retrained and learn how to speak with customer service because I went in to order 3 pizzas but since my daughter always has problems with him and he chartered her 10dollars 2 days ago for one pizza I wasn’t going to order if he was going to do the same to me my personal opinion is he shouldn’t be working there he has no customer service and is rude and doesn’t want to work since he wouldn’t even call the manager that was there which I also know because he rather loose a customer than get help from a manager besides that I love this location it is one of my favorites but unfortunately this bad apple might change me from coming to this location anymore he is overcharging customers and doesn’t want to do the correct thing when Amanda the manager has told him infront of my daughter multiple times how to ring up the order and prepare the pizza so he is just doing it out of despite and that is sad because he knows we go in to buy the pizza for my special needs child what kind of a person does that what kind of heart does he have that’s all I have to say because it upsets me when employees have a job but don’t even respect the customers

The whole point of Little Caesars is that the pizza is supposed to be Hot-N-Ready — especially for basic cheese and pepperoni. Instead, I was told I had to wait 10 minutes, and worse, the cashier only informed me after I was already charged. That defeats the entire purpose of coming here. Poor communication and misleading service. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location or other location for a while.

I ordered DoorDash last night, This is the pizza they sent. The crust was flat, never rose, tasted like cardboard and was visibly overcooked. They want me to wait 3 days for a refund 🙄😡

I placed a pickup order online and it was ready the minute I got there! You can also use their app to place an order and have it in their ready oven. No problem with parking since it's at a shopping plaza.

I am generally curious as to who made this pizza. Cause it looks like SLOP. It was horribly undercooked and do not get me started on the way that they cut this pizza. I could do better with my eyes closed. I couldn’t even eat this. It was nasty.
