Never “Hot-N-Ready”. This specific Little Caesar’s is always terribly understaffed and underprepared. No matter how early you order online, the order is never ready when they say it’ll be. They don’t even have the basic cheese and pepperoni pizzas ready. On top of that the staff is always either ignoring the customer or rude.

Horrible horrible service, reading all these reviews seems like they only know how to hire people with attitude. Don't get a job that requires customer service if you can’t handle dealing with people - coming from someone that’s worked in customer service . This lady treated me horrible and with an extremely nasty attitude in front of other customers. I went to pick up an order as i’m an uber eats driver, UBEREATS DOES NOT PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECEIVE THE ORDER. I do the obvious thing of waiting for an employee to help me, no soy adivina yo tampoco, and she starts with her attitude “what it’s your first time doing this”. Apart from the nasty attitude she tells me “go get the drinks” and from the 6 two liter drinks the customer asked and paid for, I was only able to get one diet pepsi because the drinks were not stocked. I unfortunately had to ask the customer to refund it through the app because I did not want to deal with that lady again. I’m a young person and I do not disrespect older people like her, but she needs to be careful who she gives an attitude to as i’m sure various complaints will get her fired (she should’ve never been hired in the first place!!!!!)

The customer service at this Little Caesars (8300 W Flagler St, Miami) is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order for 3 pizzas but only received 2. After trying to call the store for **20 minutes with no answer**, I had no choice but to drive there myself.
When I arrived, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me while finishing another order. When I finally asked about the phones, he snapped back: **“There is nobody else here, who do you think is gonna answer the phone?”** Instead of helping me resolve my missing order, he dismissed me and blamed the driver. When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to give it. Only after hearing someone call him did I realize his name was likely Ramon.
The way I was treated was **rude, dismissive, and unprofessional**. This wasn’t just an incomplete order — it was the lack of respect, accountability, and basic courtesy that left me frustrated. And this is not the first time it’s happened, but the second.
No customer should be ignored, spoken to with that kind of attitude, or forced to deal with the same issue twice. The management at this store clearly does not value customer service, and it shows.
This is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t answer the phone ever so I had to place my order through there corporate number. When I arrived, they said my name wasn’t on the screen so I asked them again five minutes later and I told them it was paid for to please check where it is, long story short it was just sitting there ready. Nobody knew who it belong to and they didn’t even have the decency to place my order in the oven till I got there so it was just sitting there till I asked. Do better!
Do not order here !!! Better choose another option for your pizzas. They stole my money, charged one order and then canceled it. They never gave me the money back !!!! They are the worst in pizzas 🍕

This place ripped me off. The only reason I ordered delivery was because I'm disabled and was I was trying to conserve my energy as I was getting around to go out later that day. I paid over $30 including delivery and tip but I never got anything. The establishment says they're not responsible since DoorDash picked it up for delivery, but the driver "acted" like he couldn't speak English. They're claiming the wrong information was entered even though I ordered on the app so something happened at their end. But they refused responsibility. I've been waiting over 3 weeks to get a refund and still getting the runaround. From what I've heard this place is bad to people who choose carryout.

The man working gave my wife attitude then I came in gave me attitude saying the food would be 15 min after 5 min he put the food in the window knowing I'm waiting for that food and didn't tell me what a jerk I will never come back to this store
