Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered pretzel crust pizza. They gave me regular crust with salt on it. I called and told the so called manager at night that didnt speak any English that the order was wrong. He told me they would make me another one and then gives me the same regular crust pizza with salt on it. I tell him again the order is wrong and show him what the pretzel crust looks like from lil Ceaser website photos. He gives me attitude and tells me it is pretzel crust when it clearly was not. Call again today no one speaks English and no manager to resolve my issue. Put pics of what I got and what pretzel crust looks like. And you tell me if that's wrong.

First off, we never received our order. Had several door dash drivers sent to pick it up. Supposedly it was given to someone else. After 3 hours of being guaranteed our order was being remade, my wife reached the store just to be told we couldn't be helped because NO ONE THERE SPEAKS ENGLISH.. In America we couldn't get a pizza because there wasn't a soul in the building that SPOKE ENGLISH.. I understand this is Miami, but this is still the United States and I feel we should be able to eat anywhere my family chooses without having to learn a another language. Especially a supposed American establishment.

Don't understand why they say they're open online and then you get to the store and they're closed and on top of that they let you buy food online process your payment and now I got to do a chargeback because they don't have a way of canceling for you to get a refund

Needs to stay open later, there's not much open late in the area.

I ordered a specialty pizza through the online app and what I received was not at all what was pictured. From now on I'm going to stick to the basic pizzas that they offer and I would suggest you do the same.

This store need a real Manager.
that employee in the picture only take orders and money, when he have more than 20 people waiting for their order, he must help other employees , ( no brain or he do only easy job at the register and depositing money in the save).
HE MUST HELP WITH EXISTING ORDER, PEOPLE IS WAITING MORE THAN 1 HOUR.
No brains or no training, but i am sure they don't have common sense.

Good and fast service cant complain

Stood at the country for 10 min never got acknowledged. The kid attending had earphones on the whole time and never heard me calling. Usually good service but train these kids well before you hice them.

I went into this place today to get my kids 2 large pizzas etc. Never have I had a problem with anyone or anything about this particular restaurant until today. I went in very nice I ordered my food, after the young lady she turned around and grabbed 2 pizzas out of the steamer that had been sitting and I could tell it had been sitting by looking at it. I told the lady that I wanted my fresh & I will wait patiently, the room changed! She said they are fresh! Took the pizza boxes slammed them on the counter took them to the back and put the same pizzas in the oven with more topping and gave them back too. At the time I wasn’t paying attention that she would really do that after I asked her nicely twice that I had NO problem waiting on new ones. I went back and come to find out she’s the store manager 🤔 not sure if she is over worked & under paid but if she is what a store manager looks like we have a problem Houston‼️ all I could say was WOW fresh out the oven yeah right! It was wet under and hard on the Top

Garbage service, you’re better off walking in and ordering in person than ordering online. No one ever puts shit in the portal, and whoever works the front hates there job so much they won’t even look at you or acknowledge you.

Came today to get a pizza came straight from work with hungry workers just to have a rude lady take our order just looks like she doesn’t want to work and it’s disrespectful it’s nobodies fault what you got going on.

How do you come to America? Get the job and nobody speak English in there. You can’t understand me. You get my order wrong and then you on the phone talking.

Today i went in for my usual cheesy Italian bread coming off work. It took them almost 20 mins to come help me. Once I placed my ordered I witness one of their employees Hispanic young kid i believe his name is Roberto, in the back blowing his nose and with the same hand he was touching the bread and the dough. It made my stomach turned. I immediately spoke to a supervisor who barely spoke a word or two of English. I had to call my friend to speak to her to tell her. NASTY NASTY!!! People handling food should wear gloves and not touch their faces. If they are sick please just stay home and do not handle food while sick.
