On 01/19 evening I went to pick up my order, but I missed the place cos the outdoor night light sign was off. I just went again this evening 02/26 and the sign light was still out. I pointed that out to the employee at the register and said he will report it to his manager. Let see how long will be before they will fix it for the customers' care.

The new administration is awful, and it's absurd that they expect you to know Spanish! When you tell her you don't understand her when she speaks to you in Spanish, she uses that as an opportunity to curse at you! I've accepted this conduct for months, so I no longer respect this environment! I've been visiting this place for years! so disappointing Prior to arrival, there is never a response when you call!

The new manager/management is horrible, expecting you to speak Spanish is ridiculous, ! She speaks Spanish to you and when you tell her you do not understand she is speaking to curse you in her language! I do no respect this environment any longer as I tolerated this behavior for months! I have been coming to this location for years! Very disappointing! Terrible service, when they cancel your order, it takes 3 to 5 days to return your money. They don't give you a reason why canceled your order. Doordash provides the delivery service and they don't give you a reason either.

Probably one of the most incompetent locations in the history of the Little Caesars franchise, hands down! They will charge you for a stuffed pizza (see pics) but then box and deliver the regular unstuffed pizza or they'll cancel your order 20 minutes prior to scheduled delivery without warning after you have already been charged. The cancelled order was for a school pizza party and I did not get a call nor any refund, but only disappointed fifth graders prior to Christmas break.Since this location does not pick up the phone, you'll have to go through your bank to dispute the charges for services/products not delivered.If you can pick up your order or even better, order from another location that would limit the risk because you cannot rely on this particular location in fulfilling your order. Welcome to the new horrible American disservice in Miami.

Pizza is never in the online order pickup place so pizza gets cold. Also ask for BBQ WINGS…. They put a small drop on my wings.
