Called in an order. Upon my arrival I had to wait several minutes to engage with an employee, then my order was wrong. I had to wait for a replacement & the toppings were sparse on both. After leaving I realized I had been overcharged. I frequent Little Caesars in other locations & typically they're good, but this location didn't work out for me .

Horrible customer service! They delivered the wrong pizza, and the cashier was rude. I will never order from this place again. People are so rude with horrible costumer services

Placed an order online for pick up. Upon arriving, the cashier took my name and handed me my order. It was supposed to come with a side of red sauce that was paid for. When he handed the sauce to me, I was shocked to see that it was way less than halfway full. His response was “the manager trips when we fill it more than that”. This isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location and usually they give me a full one but this is just ridiculous. Other locations fill the cup like they’re supposed to and I’m guessing this location only fills it to the top when said manager is not on duty cause it’s hit or miss here. I hope this manager in question is reading this. Yes you! It’s sauce, not extra cheese, not extra meat, not extra veggies, but just sauce that’s supposed to be included with the order whether it’s crazy bread or this ridiculous Batman Pizza Calzone love child. I’ll probably get 2, maybe 3, good dips out of this before the cup is empty. You seriously need to reevaluate your cost priorities because I seriously doubt that filling the cup will adversely affect your food cost.

In the United States, it is concerning that I was unable to receive the service I requested because no one at this establishment spoke English. I simply wanted half of my pizza to be vegetarian and the other half to be meat lovers, but this was not understood. In a predominantly English-speaking country, it should be a priority for businesses to ensure that at least one English-speaking employee is available at all times to assist customers effectively. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The pizza is very bad. I had to return the first order because they put too little cheese on it and then they made a pizza so thin that you couldn't pick it up. In fact, I burned myself on the pizza and the manager had a very bad attitude.

DO NOT GO to this location, the service is pathetic. After I ordered my pizza a few minutes later while I was waiting outside for my order to get finished another employee gave my order to a complete stranger then lied about giving me my order. Thankfully I was able to have them make me another one. To make a long story short go to OTHER Locations cause they will treat you like the customer you deserved to be treated like, first class.

The worst place to buy pizza, it's true that cheap is expensive. They come out almost raw and I advise you not to give them to your children, they have a lot of seasoning.
I made an order and I sent my son to pick it up beca It was raining. I ordered an Extra Sauce for the Pizza but my son forgot to ask for it. I went to get it and they said no. Like I was going to be begging for a sauce that cost $1. Miserable staff. I rather spend the little bit extra and go to another place. To the staff you can keep that sauce and swallow it.

I placed our take out order over the phone on 04/06/24. Whoever took our order (male) need to learn phone etiquette. He responded with "what do you want?", that's not the proper way a business should answer the phone..smh..
Anyway, I wanted to try the new puffs so I asked for the cheese ones along with a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and a regular half cheese & half pepperoni pizza. And it was disappointing to come home to see they gave me the pepperoni puffs. I couldn't eat them, because I don't eat pepperoni nor tomato sauce. My meal was ruined.
The person that took our order needs to be re-trained. We don't normally have issues with this location.
