Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza and was left waiting over an hour. No apology or explanation was given. The customer service was terrible and the place is very poorly managed.

First and last time that I order there (Order number 1187509) icomplete, I call the number to make the claim and they said that my account is block and I will not get my refund because my account (that I just made today to make the order) make too many claims. this is a stupid service and terrible customer experience. I might lose 10 stupid bucks but my mental pease is worth it. DO NOT BUY THERE.

You request a pretzel pizza they give a regular pizza ,once I arrive home,called them they say to come back with pizza and they will make the new one .If they read the app and do it right ,don't have to return it,and incontinence the people.f-

I just called to order a Classic Cheese. It was 10:24. They told me that I could get what they already had prepared in the front only (Pretzel and something else) I asked if they closed at 11 and she replied that they actually were going to close in 10 minutes so I had to go fast if I wanted a pizza. So, I called to another store in Flagler St and they made my pizza without any problem and they close at 11 as well.

I was very disappointed with this place. I ordered online a total of 47 dollar with 3 pizzas, breadsticks and a big soda. The Uber eats service is horrible. They never sent me a confirmation nor knocked my door. I discovered the remains of my order was outside thanks to the picture of an Amazon driver who delivered a package and sent me a message. They left only one pizza on the floor, the other two were gone. I callled the store; they told me to call Uber Eats.Uber Eats requested a delivery order. We called the store again and they said to call next morning and talk to the manager. The pizza was completely cold and the soda was hot. I lost my money and my time and they did not even offer a refund or to replace the pizzas.
