I use to love this place. The burgués are really good but since the owner pretend that customer pay for the employees medical insurance and theirs salary charging extra fees, it’s really disrespectful and abusive.

Low key, retro, old school feel. They had a old school television with the VCR and a bunch of cassettes. My son was intrigued by it, he was able to eject the tape and put it back in. It was nostalgic for me. The food was good, came out quick enough. The staff was attentive and very nice. They have a bar area to sit and enjoy cocktails with a low ambiance. Parking is the only mission, its the grove after all!

Was very exited to come back because burgers are delicious but they added 20% of gratuity for party of 2 and charged us $1 for water we never asked for. I had no problem paying that but I don’t think I’ll be coming back there.

My Father and I had a fantastic experience at LoKal in Coconut Grove, especially with Cailyn as our server-she was absolutely perfect, attentive, and made the visit even better. I first came here in 2019 and tried their unique burger with a Krispy Kreme donut as the bun, which was a fun and delicious twist. Although they no longer serve that burger regularly, it occasionally appears on the menu by chance, so keep an eye out for it! The food was exceptional-fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The overall vibe is casual and welcoming, with great handcrafted burgers and a solid selection of craft beers. The food quality remains excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely a must-visit spot in Coconut Grove for burger lovers.
