Pretty Rude staff !! We asked for a table and the waiter mentioned In a rude tone that there has to be 1 main course meal per person atleast as if we were to share it between us... Food was pretty average for the price , there are better restaurants at that place.

Really enjoyed dinner here! Started off with an amazing bruschetta. I can’t say enough about how good this was.
I ordered the marinated chicken breast. It was good! Flavoured…roasted potatoes were delicious. Partner ordered the chicken parm. Also very good. Fresh mozza…you could tell it was homemade.
I saw some negative reviews here on the service. It’s true. The staff treat you as “set it and forget it”…But that’s the service I value. I’ll call you if there’s an issue or if I need your attention. I don’t need you checking in every five minutes.

Stay away from this place. Other than good location and good view, nothing else worth to mention. Food was overcooked, service was slow, bill was incorrect. It shows tips included, but when I paid, they asked me to put tips amount on top of the total bill.

It was my first time and honestly our food was very good. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The staff cares more about the people walking by to get them to eat there versus the customers already sitting and ordering! Our waitress would take forever to come to our table because she was too busy getting the people passing by to eat there! Then we were rushed away from our table as I was getting my 6 month old baby together and making sure I got everything off the table, two men walk behind me and doesn’t say anything, then another man walks around me and starts cleaning up the table, they didn’t say anything; I didn’t know they worked there, there’s no logo on their shirts and no name tags!!! They could have politely told me to move aside they needed the table. I expressed my concerns to the waiter and supposed manager. I didn’t want anything for free, I didn’t ask for money back,
I told them their customer service was horrible! It’s really disappointing because their food was very tasty but I won’t be going back! As a local or tourist you shouldn’t treat your customers like the way they did!!

My husband and I go to this place at night , I drink 3 mojitos and my husband a bucket of beer , the total was $145 when I see my bank was charge $254… I will keep very very away of this place for real
Atmosphere is beautiful. Service and food….not so much. Their food was too expensive to taste that bad. And it took forever to receive the bill. Wouldn’t recommend because there are other places in the area with outside seating and better food.

Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding my bill from yesterday.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, added 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and 2 Michelob Ultra beers. Based on your menu prices, the total before tax should have been:
2 Cheeseburgers: $34
2 Swiss Cheese add-ons: about $3
2 Michelob Ultra (Domestic Beer): $14.60
Subtotal: $51.60
With Miami-Dade sales tax, the total should be around $55–56.
However, my receipt shows:
Subtotal (Amount USD): $58.86
Total charged before tip: $67.04
This means I was charged about $11–12 more than what the menu prices add up to, and this difference does not match sales tax. There was also no service fee shown, and when I asked the server, he told me there was no automatic service charge.
Because of that, I added a $10 tip myself.
I’m kindly asking for clarification and a correction, as it appears I was overcharged compared to the posted menu prices.
Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you.

The waiter was friendly, but honestly we left disappointed after paying so much for dishes that weren't good. For an Italian restaurant, the pizza wasn't tasty; it seemed like it had been taken from the freezer. Neither the basil nor the prosciutto were fresh. The coffee was undrinkable, and they already have a 15% service charge included, with no option to choose.

Although the service was relatively good and fast, the quality of the food was truly poor — especially for a place that claims to be an Italian restaurant. On top of that, the restrooms were grim, dirty, and foul-smelling. It’s not a place that lives up to the standards of Miami’s Bayside. A disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.

The staff is rude the toilets are dirty and smelly. Awful place to eat and awful staff. Wine is also cheap and nasty . Also no lock on the women’s toilet door. Do not waste your money on this place.
