Ordered pickup on my lunch break. Checked the bag, was missing soup.. host went to get it. Continued checking bag, missing side of broccoli.. host went to get it. Host had to also bring salad dressing. Got back to work, although I ordered 4 meals, only 1 eating utensil was in the bag. Absolutely horrible!!! 4 small pieces of steak with my lunch salad, a joke! I wasn't happy.

Best steakhouse in the state. Hands down. No other steakhouse can even come close to longhorn. The mouth watering 9 oz flo and lobster tail will have you craving for more. Melt in your mouth steak the best !!!!

Horrible food. Ribeye steak overly seasoned/salty and horrible customer service from the MANAGER!!!! The manager Chris had probably one of the worst customer service and attitude than a manager could have. I will definitely follow up with Corporate and I will make sure I am being heard. This customer service was completely unacceptable. You just don't bring back a steak with no salt or seasoning because the first one came over-seasoning. The customer deserves the benefit of the doubt.
