We always go to this location. It was a totally different experience today. The food was cold and mediocre. The steak was overcooked and dried. The restaurant seemed shorthanded and the service was slow. I will not be back for a while

My fiancé and I came here twice, and twice we’ve received horrible service at this location. 1st time, waiter forgot about us for about 40 minutes, was able to order food through the hostess. 2nd time, we placed our orders for steaks, extra sides, toppings etc and waitress forgot to put in our dinner after 45 minutes of waiting for it. The best part is we were sitting at the bar near the server station so she was in front of us most of the time. We paid for our drinks and left, got McDonald’s. Won’t be back.

We sat at the bar and got a few beers and some soups, then ordered the entrees, which were 2 big steaks, with extra sides (big tip). We were waiting for the food for about 45 minutes while the lady that was tending to us was walking and standing right in front of us the whole time. She asked me “is everything ok?” And I knew something was off. She had not even put in the order, and had forgotten she took our order altogether. We paid for our appetizers and beer and left. Terrible experience, can’t fathom how you forget about the most important part while walking past your customers again and again. We had a very similar experience with a neglecting server a couple months back. Won’t be coming back for sure.

Wow, just WOW!!! Service was exceptionally excellent!!! David was great in his role... he was very expressive and gave excellent recommendations based on what we wanted. My sister and I felt welcome!!! Now for the food, the appetizer was just banging... with or without the special ginger sauce that chicken and batter was screaming my name... skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and prema crusted steak was a whole other vibe... and the chocolate stampede was giving me a new life!!! That rustic ambiance paired with great food and excellent service made my day!!! Cheers with their petron dragon fruit margaritas!!! Just WOW!!!

never order curbside - they will always skip an entree. They even print a ticket to check off the order and its always blank. You call and get transferred many times and no one take responsibility. They said they will credit back my card and I'm still waiting after a week. They have the audacity to ask for a tip. Make the drive and go to the one in Briar Bay or Homestead
