Miss Dominique was our waitress on saturday December 9th around 1something in the afternoon mey sister and niece went to have lunch and Miss Dominique was very pleasant, kind, nice and our food and drinks came out on time everything was great. Miss Dominique went above and beyond her great customer service, she is a great asset to your company 😀
I have to say, this place delivers consistent quality. I can't say the same for the Outback (same parent company) across the street. Service is always prompt and adequate. Even when they're busy, somehow the managers do a good job of ensuring the servers hustle and stay on their toes. Most of them have a pep in their step and the extra second or two that it saves, really snowballs into a better customer experience.
My wife and I dine at this location religiously on a weekly basis. The restaurant is well maintained, the service is excellent, a friendly neighborly environment and the steaks are consistently delicious. In the rare occasion something isn't cooked as ordered, the management staff, namely Alejandro Labrador, is quick to help and very graciously make things right.
