Hello, if you are reading this do not go to this place. When it came time to enter we were not even welcomed, the girls in front were in a bad mood. When I asked for my order, we were ignored having the girl in front. I ordered a midnight snack and a Mamey shake, and it took 20 minutes to make just those two things. It looked bad and there wasn't a soul in that place. The bread I ordered was cold, they didn't even have the decency to toast it and they gave us a sad piece of meat.

I rarely ever drink coffee because I don't like the taste or how jittery I feel. I got a colada from here and it was by far the BEST coffee I have ever tasted. If I had access to coffee like this I'd drink it every day.

Today I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and apparently the cook is either in a bad mood or having a moment, the sandwich was the most disgusting thing i had ever seen. Cheese cold and hard, the bread breaking all over, the ham as thick as my thumb, no butter, a complete disaster, looks like they slapped all together and there it went. I order from there every day, I will never eat there again, I believe some sort of interest should be put in the food you prepare to sell, i am paying for my sandwich, its no free. I called before making this review and i got the same energy as the look of that sandwich, shame on them.

Walked in asked for a coffee and was completely ignored: one person chatting with a customer and the other one very busy texting on her phone......right in front of me. She did not even look up when I ordered. Too bad they do not want to take care of customers. I walked out.
They have no training on customer service. They don't even greet you or ask you if you need help. They are super heavy. Too bad because it's good food.
