Wow, this food tastes just like the food in Honduras. The pastelitos de carne stood out because the masa (cornmeal) had a taste that took me back to my childhood days in Honduras, I don't know how to explain it but it tastes beyond authentic. The chicharrones were also yummy, with fresh hand made corn tortillas and freshly squeezed limes. I've also had the tajadas con carne molida and it was so juicy and full of flavor. Great service and great food. They have a large variety of foods from breakfast to entrees like baleadas, fish, steak, soups, and chicken dishes. The servers are very courteous. The restaurant is big with plenty of tables. It is very clean and with lots of natural light. They also have natural fruit juice. Their cafe con leche is the best. Cheryl is the best server, she is always has a smile.
