I travel often and have dined at every Michelin-starred restaurant in Miami multiple times, but Los Félix is the only one I return to weekly.
As a foodie with a serious gluten allergy and a focus on healthy, nourishing food, I’m usually limited in where I can eat. But Los Félix not only accommodates me, they welcome me like family. The owners take the time to genuinely connect, and the staff are among the kindest and most professional I’ve encountered anywhere.
The food? Truly unforgettable. I love every single item on the menu, especially the yucca flatbread, which dips into a warm blend of roasted corn butter and cardamom honey, topped delicately with hand-placed marigold petals. Other must-orders: the al pastor tacos, corn dumplings, and the corn flan.
If tomorrow were my last day on earth, I’d spend it dining at Los Félix.
P.S. Los Félix isn’t Mexican; it’s a Meso-American restaurant that celebrates indigenous ingredients and ancestral techniques.
As you walk in, this restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere consisting of a live record DJ, painted walls, and beautiful fresh flowers. Unfortunately, the first bite of food I had — popcorn — for a restaurant specializing in corn - was stale and quite a let down. I had several other dishes, with a large party of 6, however not a single one was “good to share” as the staff recommended. The flavor profile of dishes such as the tamale and the arepa were very similar. The carnitas were lacking flavor, especially with a salsa macha, which a not a single employee was able to explain what it consisted of. I was told macha is a vegetable, but then another waiter told me it was a technique… We did enjoy the sangria and the butter, as well as the presentation of most dishes. The staff also forgot to serve utensils multiple times. Overall I was quite disappointed by the overall meal given its caliber and its Michelin star.
We loved it! The best place in Miami 🫶
The ingredients and thought behind each dish is a refreshing take on mexican cuisine. The chef has truly captured the essence of what it means to work with nature to celebrate textures and flavors.
Ella was an amazing guide throughout the entire experience.
Had a wonderful experience here. We had the duck and totopos, al pastor tacos and the grilled crab arepas. The star was definitely the pork cheek carnitas. We were told that it marinated for 6 days before cooking. Special shoutout to Ella who was so attentive to our table.
I celebrated my friends birthday at Los Felix and what a vibe! Everything was incredible, the food 10/10 and everyone was very hospitable, shoutout to Brandon, Dime and Caro for making our night one to remember
Great place, everyone was super nice and delightful. Brandon, Dime and Caro were amazing 100%

They deserve their star. Great spot.
Overpriced food , that lack taste and quality , we ordered :the tamal was old not fresh kind a stale , mole was tasty but i didnt feel the flavors that they were so excited to present , we ordered also the tacos al pastor , $16 dls for two tacos , i was like maybe they are some amazing tacos , not really they dont even look like or taste al pastor just of bunch of pork chunks and fat ,the salsas were just ok, the tortilla was also stale, finally the worst plate the mushrooms , the biggest scam of all $28 dlls for a plate of ruberish mushrooms with some smokey salsa , they flavor was unbearable , we also ordered some sour agua de jamaica , bill $100 dlls after gratuities , i was hungry when i got home , dissapointing , no effort placed in the food another restaurant in miami just collecting money from people and not delivering the quality , please make yourself a favor and dont spend your hard earned money in this place , michelin needs to revisit this establishment and remove the star given ASAP!
