Amaaaazing service. Out of the world delicious food!!! Staff was very tentative, accommodating and knowledgable of the food on the menu. Those chips is omg i can't even describe! They don't use regular oil for anything, it's so interesting! U must try to understand what I'm saying. So tasty!! And that pork cheeks carnitas, so goood!!
They say the menu is designed with corn masa as the center, they grind in-house and that truly reflects. With every item the server explains the flavors and story.
I had not heard of corn beer, it was unique and amazing. The soft yuka bread was perfectly paired with this amazing corn-butter , I have never eaten something so simple and tasty. The lobster sope did not let the masa flavor dilute. Grilled fish tacos had super tasty hazelnut emulsion.
