The food is great but the customer service is horrible the ladies always expect a tip and when you don’t tip they delay your food especially when I order takeout, prices have gone up but service has stayed poor and unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s because my Spanish is broken but everytime I come here I feel disrespected by the workers. I Don’t recommend this place especially if you’re from out of town and don’t speak Spanish.

The lady working August 18 at around 5pm is nothing short of disrespectful. Got my order wrong and had to make reminders about my order and let her again recall she was missing my drink. I get home to find out the order was wrong and was missing and item just to return and get told how wrong I am when I was clear. Horrible service

Food is good but I suggest they review the Uber eats ordered before they are sent out. I paid $4 for a soda that never got here, who likes to eat without anything to drink. I also ordered pineapple sauce and they didn’t add it but charged it. Very inconvenient and I will avoid ordering again since it’s a reoccurring issue with them.

we wait for our food for an hour. they were serving people who came after us before us. we got up to pay for our water and leave and the manager told us we would get a discount. she only took off 5 dollars out of a 40 dollar meal. Never coming back.

From today it stops being my favorite hamburger place, it seems that when you say well cooked for them it means leave it raw, it has happened to me the last 3 times and today was the last. I defended this place so much in conversations with friends but honestly what poor quality, at Uber Eats they don't send you drinks either, sometimes they forgot the extra fries. Anyway… one less customer!
