We went to Los Verdes on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't too busy. The food was great & came out quickly. Our server, Alex, was great & made sure we had everything we needed. The pollitos (chicken tenders) were a great option for the kids. I had a shredded chicken arepa that was very good. My wife really enjoyed her quesadilla too. Overall, recommend.

Don't know what's going on with the service here before you would go in and order your food and sit down at a table. Now you are suppose to sit at the table and the waiter comes to you. The past few time I went I go sit down and I'm completely ignored absolutely no one come to engage you to see if you need a menu, an order nothing. The times I go its not even busy to be ignored like that I'm not there waiting for the bus I went in there to eat I just walked out and went someplace else. I'm sure if its happening to me its happening to a lot of people I value my time and waiting 10 or 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge is poor service and bad manners especially when you coming as a guest to there establishment.

🚨🚨🚨Reaches in the kitchen. Kitchen is full of large roaches. You can go by the back side on the parking lot and look inside. Also the delivery guys are disgusting also in the back area by the door smoking. What a shame this please was decent. 🚨🚨🚨

I use to order a lot from this place but this is the 2nd time I order in store and have to wait for my food that is already packed because the workers are busy talking to each other I would understand if they were busy but they were just talking amongst themselves while my food was there waiting it was until they noticed me starting and the person who took my order saw I didn’t have it and decided to check the bag to see if it was mine.
