Restaurant is nice but did not live up to the hype. I booked it because of my daughter's bday dinner and it was very nice but there was no dancing or a party. There was music but other than that was just a regular restaurant with nice decor. The food was very good and service was good. Overall its a very nice restaurant but if you are looking for more of a party scene look at other places.

Unfortunately, after being seated for our 8:30 reservation, we waited over 20 minutes and never received any service or water in an almost empty restaurant. Service is one of the most important aspects of any good dining experience and the sheer lack of service is disappointing. This is the first time I've ever walked out of a restaurant.

My boyfriend and I came for Miami Spice, and everything we got was amazing! Drinks are a bit expensive at around $25. We were supposed to sit outside in the garden, but it was pouring rain, so we ate inside. Try the Mushroom Hotpot, it was delicious!

While we found the wine menu to be quite expensive overall, Angela went above and beyond to suggest two more moderately priced wines that weren't listed on the bottle menu. She even offered us a taste of each so we could decide, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu and thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation was elegant, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. A special surprise came after the meal—a thank-you note from Baoli, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture that really capped off the evening. Thank you, Baoli, for a wonderful night out. We'll definitely be back!

Went for my birthday and Miami spice, what an incredible spot, live Dj was empty for a Tuesday in the off season but I got some of the best food I have ever had on any of trips here. Everything was a must try will definitely be back.

This was incredibly disappointing especially given that we are accustomed to the high standards upheld by Riviera Dining Group at their other restaurants that we frequent: Ava, Mila, Casa Neos. Despite the restaurant being less than half full, service was PAINFULLY slow and inattentive. Our server Fahd, along with the young lady server assistant, failed to provide even the most basic level of attentiveness. Our desserts alone took over an hour to arrive, despite ordering everything at the beginning. When we requested fresh silverware prior to our entrées, the server assistant looked annoyed and tried to hand back our used appetizer silverware. Water refills were ignored until we flagged down the server—twice. We gave up after that as he didn't even bother to offer additional cocktails or beverages, leaving us with empty glasses for most of the evening. We even had to flag him down again for something as simple as soy sauce for our sushi roll we ordered. These are basics that no guest should have to request or wait on especially since it was a slower night. What really bothered us the most was watching the table of influencers (literally next to us) receive personal, constant attention and service from a manager, while not ONCE did that same manager check on our table, despite our obvious need for assistance and long waits. This selective attentiveness made it clear who's valued here. Very basic training, care, and guest consideration are glaringly absent. Disappointed is an understatement. I will not return, nor will I recommend this restaurant and it is frankly a shame that Riviera Dining Group allows this level of service under their name.

Baoli has amazing food and somehow, an even better ambiance and vibe. I have been to Baoli a few times, each time Fahd has been our server. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the wine list and the menu and his service and attentiveness are second to none. Would definitely come back over and over and over!
