It’s hot as hell inside the store. They haven’t fixed the air conditioner in months and it’s horrible in the Miami heat. Aren’t ice cream places supposed to be cold?
Ice cream taste is decent ranging from 5/10 to 10/10 but it depends on who’s making it. Sometimes they keep a mixture of frozen ice cream under the counter and keep remixing it - this doesn’t work with cookies and cream and just tastes like a mess after 10 mixes.
Ive been coming here for 3 years and feel like the quality is in decline. If you’re the owner reading this pls bring back air conditioning and train stars appropriately so they make consistent ice cream. Also, owner, your neon sign that says “Lulu” outside isn’t working - just fyi.

Cute place but not worth the price. For starters, they messed up our order and put the wrong ice cream in our waffle cone. The woman working was very rude when we mentioned that the wrong ice cream flavor was put in the cone. The ice cream itself melted instantly and did not have the right consistency. We have had nitrogen ice cream before and this was just disappointing. The waffle cone was soft and had no crunch. Will not be back.

Wife and I live in the building and get milkshakes from here a few times a year for the last several years. It’s always good and consistent even if a little pricey. Went back today, milkshake was just a cup of milk. It seems they don’t know how to make it anymore? I don’t even think they made the ice cream, just poured the cream mixture in the blender without freezing it first. Completely inedible. 2 stars because they tried to make it right and refunded me but they need to figure out how to make milkshakes since it’s basically 1 of 2 things they make. It seems the business was bought and the new owner doesn’t really what they are doing.

Genuinely some of the best ice cream I've had. We had the coconut and pistachio, both were flavourful and not too sweet. And the waffle cone was incredible. Crunchy and made fresh!

Very rude customer service he barely said a word to us. Stingy with the ice cream. I really liked the warm cones that was really all when I come back to Miami I surely won’t be come back to this spot.
The food and service is great- the problem is the ac it’s been broken for so long and hasn’t been fixed I’m a regular coming in every 2 to 3 days and it’s like a burning hell inside the shop
