Place was good. The MANAGER they have is TERRIBLE he was soooo RUDEE with us. We asked twice about our table and he start racing his voice. I told him it was not nice to treat us like that and he said he doesnt care. Get a good manager.

I went to Lung Yai for my small birthday dinner last weekend and we were served chicken with a side of attitude. I’ve posted my friend’s review below for context, but as someone who was prepared to become a regular at Yung Lai, it’s disappointing to know that there is no culture of honesty nor accountability, and instead they choose to foster an environment of blatant hostility. Every modification request should be taken seriously—and any failure to fulfill or correct a modification on the part of the server should never be the customer’s responsibility. Especially because people in fact *can* be allergic to chicken.

I ordered pad kee maw tofu and received it with chicken, no big deal it was a busy Saturday night. Got it back again, now with tofu, but mid bowl bit a piece of chicken. Called back the server and he said “yes, I picked out the chicken, I tried my best”. He did not offer to take it back, tbh I was uncomfortable so I decided to swallow my discomfort. We receive the bill and the item is still on the check. My friend kindly requests it be taken off, as the order was made incorrect twice - he then proceeds to argue with us for 5 minutes and said he couldn’t take it back because “no one would want it” as I ordered it spicy. As we are discussing he says “why didn’t you tell me sooner” as if I did not call him to the table TWICE. As my server, it is his responsibility to offer ME service, I should not be directing him how to fix the situation. He then told us several times he would not serve us again, saying he didn’t want to argue while actively arguing with us.

This place is located calle 8; make up your mind and order everything you think you’ll need and take the best with you. Why? This place has a onetime order policy and you can’t order anything else. The only exception is rice and beer and possibly drinks. The Tom Yum is littered with mushrooms, no tomatoes visible, and it lacks galangal and lime leaves; could use some more tamarind, and it comes without spice for those who find bell peppers and mayo spicy. The waiter Chris offered to get me some pepper, which gave it the spice I needed. The duck salad was good, but it was a small portion for the price.

We went by recommendation to this restaurant located in downtown Miami with a Michelin Star and the truth was great. If you look at it from the outside it doesn't say much because it's a small place and without much luxury but you really feel like somewhere else. The atmosphere is good, the attention is very professional on the part of all their team, the cozy place, with little light at night but it makes it different, they play music from their country all the time, it was clean and the service in general was fast and efficient. The food was very tasty, recommended, with a balance of spectacular flavors. Just as a tip: when you go, look at the menu first so you know what to order because only one order is made, which is a little uncomfortable but it's not that it gives problems either.

Bad service. Rude waiters and the food was not good at all and for the price extremely small portions. Crispy ribs were awful fried rice was mushy. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Service sucks, they make you put all your order at once. I really liked the food but they didn’t let me order more and were super super rude about it telling me they had already told us it’s a “one time order”. Very weird. When I complained at the end saying I was still hungry and wanted to order more they said “well, that’s the rule”. The place was not even full there were plenty of empty seats available.
