I went here to order food to go and they said I have to place an order through door dash only and refused to take my to go order. There is a 20% markup on door dash. The tone of the server was dismissive and rude

If you come in ready that it’s more “hole-in-the-wall”, that it’s tapas portions, that you have to order upfront, etc., you’ll find that this place probably has the best Thai food in Miami. I usually have a hard time ordering because there are so many good choices.
My #1 highlight is the khao soy. Supremely and expertly balanced. Savory, sweet, tangy, chewy noodles with crunchy toppings, acid from the lime, ugh it’s just like the perfect bite. (I usually save half the crunchy noodles off to the side so I can top my bites with them as I get to the bottom of the bowl.)
The other dish worth an extra mention is the crispy mushroom appetizer. It has the crisp and lightness you want from tempura, with the juicy, meaty [mushroom] bite you want from kara-age. Add a bit of the sauce and you’ve got a pretty addicting dish. Other crowd favorites also include the crab fried rice, the pad thai, and the pork and crab dry noodles.

HORRIBLE service!!!!!! I didn't even get to try their food because they ignored us for 15 minutes. My husband did order a beer, but they took it away before he could even take a sip. They said they were closing at 3pm in the afternoon, and told him it was cash only. On top of that, the place looked dirty. I worked at many restaurants, including a Thai restraunt, and I've NEVER seen service such horrible!! There are plenty of other restaurants on Calle Ocho. Avoid this one!!!!

Excellent food, authentic experience (feels like you’re dining on a street in Thailand), and fast service. I’d go back if I’m ever back in Miami. We had to wait for about 30 mins to be seated which was totally worth it for a Saturday night on Calle ocho, a bustling part of town also known as little Havana!

In Miami it is super hot and I got here wanting to seat and look at the menu while my boyfriend park the car. They said you can’t seat until the other person arrives even though I just wanted to cool down and wait for him to order. Do not come to this place don’t waste your time. Also, there is no AC in the place

Food was amazing, service was great. Don't pay attention to bad reviews. If you don't like how a place operates go somewhere else.

The food was good, but their rules really ruined the experience for us. You have to order all your food at once, no add-ons later or ordering dessert and appetizers separately. I understand the place is small and they want everyone to be able to eat there, but as a result, the patrons currently eating there aren’t having a great experience because of it. They also didn’t have a menu or QR code, so we had to navigate the website to find the menu. Lastly, you can’t just order drinks, it has to be drinks and food. So overall, food was good, experience not great.

The food was great, no complaints there. However, the experience was completely ruined by a ridiculous policy: you can only order once. That means no going back for extra plates or adding anything later. It makes zero sense. It felt restrictive and honestly took the enjoyment out of the meal. Because of that, I won’t be coming back.

Exceptionally good food! Music is way too loud and they don't accept apple pay :(

The place looks nice, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. It was overpriced, the beer was warm, and the service could be better. Sadly, not worth the hype.

Disappointing, despite the Michelin mention
The spring roll wrapper tasted stale, the shrimp inside the dumplings was nearly frozen, and the beer was served horribly warm—hard to overlook in a place with this kind of reputation.
I don’t even know that many great Thai spots, but even so, it’s hard to understand how this place made the list. Maybe it was an off night, but I won’t be going back to find out.

The place was half full but I wasn’t permitted sit in any of the vacant tables for four as I was alone. I got a seat in the alley against a filthy wall - authentic Thai style? Served made sure to tell me I’m only allowed to order once so make sure I order enough.. The first thing I ordered- no have.. the second dish I ordered was curry noodles, only $15 and server told me it’s small and I should order extra. I ordered 2 x noodle dishes and they were both good sizes so her recommendation seemed to be more about boosting the size of the bill for higher tip… food was ok. Pad see ew didn’t look fresh at all. More likely scooped out of a bucket and microwaved. When I finished they tried doing the South Beach trend of Meal + 8% tax + 18% included surcharge then gave me the additional suggested Tip amounts ranging from 18% - 22%. So idk about you but after bad service, bad atmosphere and very average/inauthentic Thai, there was zero chance I was giving them a 40% tip, but nice try. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this sham place. Go get a fresh Cubano or anything but this

The food was delicious! We were very well attended and they were very friendly. The food came out quickly and hot. We had baby back ribs, fried rice, and spring rolls. A good hang out spot.

I love this hole-in-the-wall restaurant! The food is spectacular and truly authentic. As a local who lives nearby, I frequent this place regularly. The only downside is that they only offer takeout through DoorDash. It would be great if we could call in our orders directly to the restaurant and pick them up ourselves. This seems a bit off for a small business, especially considering the large portion of earnings that DoorDash likely takes.
