Food good, drinks incredible, service abysmally bad. The food took a long time to come out, even though we had placed the order all together. Different parts of the meal were brought in an order that was bad. We were done with everything by the time we got our mains. We got super full, and had to get the mains to go, which we had to ultimately discard.

I am so happy that our hotel recommended this restaurant to us for our Thanksgiving dinner. Great quality of food, beautiful plating, friendly services, and the setting of the restaurant is quite unique and elegant. We will definitely visit them again in the future!

I was not please with the attitude when my wife dropped a glass and was made to feel embarrassed. For the cost and size not worth it. If you're looking to see Jeff Bezos chop sticks go. For me not happy with my experience or my wife's but like I said on google NEVER again embarrassing considering I dropped $500 for dinner.

Literally amazing. Phenomenal food, wide variety, all you can eat, all you can drink, great staff (our waiter Luis was amaze!) and the ambiance made me feel like i wasn't even in America. It was phenomenal!

Wonderful experience, would have liked to had an option of sitting where the entertainment was, which we found out after the dinning experience. Suggestions about offerings and experiences would be nice. Service and food throughout were top tier, a more tactful delivery of the end to the dinning experience would have made our experience 5 star! The rush to get desert and final drinks with a quick “your two hour experience has ended so here is your bill” MUST DO BETTER!

Food and service were excellent. Jack was our server and he could not have been better! I expressed concerns over having all of our dishes delivered to the table at once and he assured me he would course the meal appropriately. He had suggestions on both the menu items and the order in which the meal should be coursed and it was executed perfectly. The whole meal and experience was wonderful! Will be back!

Additionally, the automatic 20% gratuity feels excessive and should not be added without the guest's discretion.

Wonderful Time. Luis was a great waiter. Efficient and friendly. Everything was fabulous except our final bill for three was over $500. Still overall a great time. The entertainment was terrific too and appreciated by all.

Don't be put off by the reservationist and the hostess, they are doing their job, they just need to learn how to come across a little less like it's a privilege and an honor to be there and more like, welcome we are happy your here!

Food was really good. For the price, considering the location, food and overall atmosphere, it's what I expected. However, given the price, (regardless of the package you choose), something as basic as coffee is not included for a brunch.

Server was experienced, warm and professional. I didn't even have to tell him it was my best friends birthday because I had already wrote it on open table notes. Food came in a timely matter considering how busy it was. There was a beautiful fire show. We were seated outside but it wasn't too hot or uncomfortable. Definitely a great place to go to if you're in Miami for a celebration.
