We made a reservation at Místico by Silvestre Dangond to celebrate a close friend’s birthday. We were excited, planned everything in advance, and even drove 2 hours to get there… only to find the place completely closed.
No signs, no emails, no calls — nothing. Just the valet parking attendant casually saying, “It’s been closed for about two weeks.” Seriously? How is it even possible that the reservation system is still active if the restaurant hasn’t been operating?
This was not just a simple inconvenience — it ruined what was supposed to be a special day. At the very least, there should have been a notification or the system should have automatically canceled any new bookings. Total lack of communication and professionalism.
We expected something classy and memorable. Instead, it was a huge waste of time, energy, and trust. Místico? More like Misterioso — as in, mysteriously shut down with no heads-up.

It is a wonderful place. Spectacular atmosphere and decoration of the site. It is perfect for those nights when you want to have something delicious for dinner and also spend some time partying and having some good drinks without having to move from one place to another, you can find everything in the same place. Excellent live music and DJ. Super recommended for a family plan, couple or friends. The attention and service are impeccable and especially from the server Juan who is very professional in his work.
