Absolutely Horrible Service!! We will never dine at this establishment again.I don't recommend.My parents and I wanted to have a nice family outing and meal and we then notice the waitresses taking photos without our consent!!!Then the waitress goes and tells my mom “hey, there's nothing you can do about me taking your picture, because it's my job!!!They even have cameras in the bathroom stalls. That's invasion of privacy.Who takes pictures of customers dining without a written consent!!!We are never stepping foot in this establishment again.I cannot give any stars for this reason.It's a shame because it's was my parents' favorite restaurant.Absolutely horrible service!!! We will never dine at this establishment again. I don't understand how a place as busy as this restaurant runs out of product so early, I mean, it's been 4 days in a row! 4!!! Going before 9 in the morning to eat chicken empanadas with mushrooms and there are none, they run out, if they know that a product is rotating, how come before 9 am they are not going to get more of that in the entire rest of the day? I don't understand, I went on Sunday at 11 am, a day that is usually quite busy and with high demand, oh well they didn't have pork rinds at that time, I DON'T understand, no one could get me two strips of pork rinds to take away, if you know It is a day of rush or high demand, prepare for that, you are having sales losses for things and typical products of the restaurant and obviously they can be removed. The lady at the little window, omg! He always has something to tell me, if I order several times through the window, he tells me that that part is for takeout and not for eating there, that I should sit in the dining room, that's what it's for if I want to order several things, if I order an orange juice with a glass of ice on the side, he tells me No because the oranges are already cold, I DON'T understand! In short, the food is very delicious but I think that logistics and customer service can be improved because sometimes it is very unpleasant.
