Definitely not a 100% Nicaraguan Food. The flavor is more comercial than Nicaraguan original flavor. First time there and I was not impressed, we drove 3 hrs because of the review but definitely not going back, I have to said that the service was amazing.

Had a baby churrasco and it was tender, the gallo pinto was salty, and the green plantains were good. The salad was just iceberg lettuce. Staff was very nice and friendly. Personally for me this restaurant is an ok option to go and have a sit down dinner.
