Place has gone downhill. What was once an inviting and welcoming cozy cafe— now a very hostile environment.

Look at how a business owner responds to feedback. This is the opposite of what a coffee shop is suppose to be. Go open a dive bar is that’s the energy you want to put out to the community.

SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE. WHERE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY WELCOMING.

Something I didn’t expect about this coffee shop was the amount of space and cozy atmosphere. This is a good thing I promise, just keep reading. In Miami, I’ve gotten so used to the “fast-food” culture, that I forgotten what it was like to enjoy a peaceful coffee shop. The vibes were airy, cozy, and overall inviting. I ordered the Cinnamon Honey Iced Latte and the White Mocha Caramel Latte. I loved that my coffee (cinnamon) was not too sugary and that hint of honey really pulled the drink together. It was the perfect blend of bitterness balanced with the sweetness from the honey. My brother-in-law loved his drink so much that he ordered another one, lol. He said that his coffee (white mocha) was the best he has had in a long while. I also ordered the Avocado Toast with egg. It was served on a plate, and I genuinely felt like I was eating a homemade breakfast. It really added to the cozy, peaceful vibes of the coffee shop. The owner, Humberto was also very inviting and helpful with helping us order since it was our first time. Overall, we had such a great experience. We will definitely be visiting again!

I really regret not reading the reviews before visiting this place. We had a very uncomfortable interaction with the man working that day. He was extremely rude, combative, and unprofessional.
When we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all, even as we stood directly in front of the register waiting to be acknowledged. It was just us and him in the shop. While waiting, we looked at what appeared to be a large menu on the wall. He then told us that it was “just wall art” and not the actual menu. I mentioned that it might be less confusing to have a legitimate menu instead, since the display looks like it lists the shop’s offerings.
He responded sarcastically, asking, “What’s a legitimate menu?” and then glowered at us, setting his phone down and placing his hands on the counter in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational. At that point, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience, and I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.

So disappointed-stopped to get lattes, no hello-gentlemen working first said he was working on a large order and was unable to help us. Did not make up for his rudeness mistake and blamed us for being disappointed.
Have been there before, also created and treated wonderfully, was taken aback on today’s experience.

Not a good experience. The gentleman in charge was very rude. He looked very upset. He also wanted to charge a 4.5 % if paying by debit card. Every time we asked for a plate or drink he had something negative to say about it.
