Been coming to this spot for a while now. Today I came in and the owner was here. He isn’t the most knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, but he is about the ingredients and he’s super nice and passionate about his food and service. My friend and I shared the avocado toast and it was amazing. Topped with pumpkin seeds and cherry tomato and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Amazing. I love supporting mom & pops whenever I can. I stop in here whenever I’m in the area.

Magic City Perks has become our after church staple. Everything we have ordered is delicious. Quiches are fresh, and tasty. Baked goods never disappoint. I love the seasonal menu items and coffees. Dirty Chai is fall in a cup. (See picture.)

The drinks are amazing top notch, exactly what I would expect from a coffee shop love it. A+ definitely make it here if you can you won’t be disappointed. I drank my pistachio matcha too quickly and enjoyed it so fast I could not take a photo. My partner had the white chocolate caramel it was delicious.

I love this place. Their matcha is delicious. Slightly on the pricier side but the matcha is great quality and the atmosphere is always really pleasant and well worth it. I like the fresh cut flowers too. Great naturally lit area to sit/sip or do some work. Staff is always very friendly. Fresh made pastries every day too

If you want excessive water with a hint of coffee and exorbitant prices this place is perfect for you. Iced coffee might have well been served with a bag of ice with a straw poked through it. Ordered an Ice coffee and a bottled orange juice, $17. Price does not match the quality unless you like being screwed over. If being economically taken advantage of is your thing then swing by where the Magic is swindling
