I came here with my friends. From the beginning, the environment is very warm despite the bustle. Our host/waiter Andrean, was very kind and attentive. I did have to knock off a star because my potatoes were on the drier side, but regardless Maman is a beautifully crafted place many will enjoy (I hope!).
This is a charming café with a Parisian flair. I was there on a busy Saturday morning so I decided to order a cappuccino and pasty to go. The cappuccino was nicely roasted. I ordered the pain au chocolat stuffed with pistachio. Since I travel to France and Italy often, I know that the French are not a fan of croissants fourrées (stuffed croissants) but Italians are.
