I love to come here with my friend we usually get the cappuccino and I love their sandwich. The turkey with tomato sandwich is the bomb every time I go there I get the same thing my cup of coffee and my turkey tomato sandwich. The food is so delicious.

I’m a long term client of Mamma Leone’s and I regularly buy my bread from you since 2018, despite the higher cost than your competitors. You make a great product.

Today, drove 20’ across town and arrived at 5:57PM (time on my phone). Door was already locked. Employees were busy putting things away. Knocked on the door. Employees purposefully avoided eye contact and ignored me. There is NO way they could not have heard. Clearly, they just wanted to go home and not deal with another customer. In fact, they were off-premises by 6:04 PM.

Honestly, that attitude does not reflect well on your business. This is not a public administration in Europe, where “before the hour, it’s not yet the hour, and after the hour, it’s no longer the hour.”

Businesses prosper (or die) based on customer perception. From one small business owner to another, every time you lose a client, it’s not just that sale, it’s the revenue stream that client represented going forward ten years that walked out the door.

Maybe you need to incentivize your team so they are proud to work at Mamma Leone’s and don’t see a last-minute client as a pain to be avoided, but rather an opportunity for a tip, or if they’re really motivated, a chance to upsell?

Today, I’m disappointed.☹️

I tried the capresse focaccia and I have to say I really like it. 5 stars Crispy light it wasn’t too much.

In the other side the overpriced mini Pistacchio croissant made me end with mix feelings.

Service staff wasn’t bad, but first time customers you should expect a more welcoming greeting. I would say that it was a dry customer service. Then don’t expect tip for a just normal customer service.

I would come back and give it another try.
I could see the kitchen and the breads and it gives me passion vibes.

i’ve been a regular here for so long — it’s truly the yummiest olive and walnut sourdough bread to ever exist. however karen’s service is abhorrent. i tried placing an order via doordash but it wouldn’t allow me saying they were closed. i called the bakery seven times within a 25 minute period, all calls were declined. i drove the 45 minutes to the bakery and they were open and empty — i called again while i was inside to see if the phones were down& unfortunately, it rang and she hung up the call. not knowing i was there. it’s unfortunate. the breads great. but staff truly makes a difference in one’s experience

I’m still upset at this place because the day I came in it was Zelle and cash only, and I paid for 2 items, but the 2nd one wasn’t put in the bag.

I requested a refund, and also called them, and they said they would talk to the owner about it, but it never happened

The place looks nice and the food too, but it left a metaphorical bitter taste in my mouth

So delicious!!! The tuna salad is great...the lasagna and eggplant parmesan are delicious... the desserts are off the charts! Particular favorites are the pistachio crustata, citrus lingotto flourless cake... 😋!!

If you like assorted pastries with no sweet or salty or buttery or fruity or tart flavor then this is the place for you. Banana bread that didn’t taste like banana. Croissants that don’t taste like butter. Seriously you’re better off with McDonald’s, at least McDonalds has salty or sweet flavors in their food. Food you can taste. Took a bit out of each pasty then just threw it away. Seriously get fast food.

Super nice little hole in the wall bakery. Coffee is excellent. Tried a few of the bite size pizzas and wow, amazing.
