I think I’ve been to the citadel location but didn’t remember so I decided to give this location a try. My instincts as soon as I walked in told me to walk back out, but I didn’t listen. The place was empty, wasn’t actually sure if it was open, but shockingly they were open for business. I don’t know who the creator is of this restaurant, but the cuisine is an insult to authentic Haitian cuisine, was not even close. I wasted money and was disappointed, but the shrimp meal I bought for someone else was actually decent. Their version of legume tastes NOTHING like it. It saddens me when authentic dishes are watered down and transformed into something foreign to accommodate the palates of those who are not of Haitian descent.

I got gryio with rice and peas, and sweet plantain and that was the best food I've had. The food is so flavorful and definitely worth it. My kids had the jerk chicken and they loved it. Amazing food and definitely coming back again.

I’ve been dying to try this place and I am not disappointed. The jerk chicken bowl was so fresh omg! I’m a huge fan of Haitian cuisine and this reminds me of close friends family cooking! Definitely check out their wynwood location!

Went here for the first time and was serve by Danny and he was awesome and made sure to answer our questions and even gave suggestions for what would like to eat based off how hungry we were lol. After finding out it was my birthday he took time out to show extra appreciation. The food was great and I enjoyed it and the service. I will be coming back!

They didn't have any beans. The honey jerk chicken tasted like possum knees. The person who served us was nice though. I threw the food away ?. But the murals they have outside are really pretty. Great photo op ??
