I donāt know what happened to this location, about a year ago the pizza was amazing quality and the customer service superb. The last two times Iāve gone itās been a complete disaster. The last time I went one of the cashiers child was there, which I donāt blame her, I understand babysitters are expensive and everyone has their own issues. But to have the child running around with a ball of pizza dough is gross and to have the child come to our table continuously as if we have to take care of her? Is a no. That same that another worker came up to us and sat the child at our table and Iām guessing expected us to take care of her. Iām sorry but this is not what Iām expecting at any restaurant, fast food or not. The last time we went we had ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, it was overly greasy when we opened it, and there was about one pepperoni and mushroom per slice. I donāt know whatās going on. But Iāll definitely wonāt be back to this location.

This is by far the worst Marcos pizza I have gone to. I have tried to give them a chance several times because I really like Marco's pizza, and something is always wrong, they make it with the wrong ingredients, the pizza is cold, they don't put the right crust toppings. But today was the worst of all, they gave my pizza to someone else and like nothing the guy tells me, you don't have to give me an attitude about it š±š”. You literally gave my pizza away and after waiting for 20 min you are telling to wait another 20min and I don't get to be upset about it. It's crazy, drive further to get it from anywhere else, don't come to this Marcos

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Avoid Marcoās Pizza at 1501 SW 37th Ave Ste A, Miami, FL 33145 like the plague and at all costs! I live across the street and have given this place multiple chances, but itās consistently a disaster. The staff here are unprofessional, untrained, and rude. Iāve had my order messed up every single time. Once, I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they somehow got that wrong. Most recently, my girlfriend and I ordered a pizza, walked over with our dog, and waited outside. No one was at the front counterāstaff were hiding in the back, laughing loudly. When my girlfriend went in, she found out they gave our pizza to a random customer! When we complained, the female employee smirked and said, āWhy do you have an attitude?ā You just gave our pizza to someone else, LOL. They didn't care at all. We left empty-handed. This location is a jokeāpoor management, terrible service, and zero accountability. Save your money. Marcoās Pizza at this location is the worst pizza experience Iāve ever had.

I ordered a two pizzas through Ubereats for pickup. According to the app it was going to be ready at 4:28 I get there with my partner and young man with brunette hair told us 7 more minutes and we wait about 10 minutes pass and the young man almost gives us the wrong order. We decided to wait another 10 minutes and my partner goes to check and the young man tells her that our order will be next, so we wait another ten and my partner goes back and our order is still not ready she attempts to buy a Pepsi but the gentleman then gave it to her for free. After another 25 minutes pass I went up this time and the young man tells me āOh you should have told me your order was ready 30 minutes agoā to which I called him out on and told him my partner has gone up 3 times just to be told our order ready and he had an awkward look and said ummm to which I said I donāt even receive an apology or anything and I left.
I ordered and was charged for plain chicken wings but never received them. I called the restaurant and they refused to refund me or deliver to me my missing item. Terrible customer service!

Worst pizza I ever ate and the bill was roughly $15 more than the menu said. To top it off, I was told by the person taking the order that they were only accepting cash as payment followed by the delivery driver not having change to break down a $20 bill so I got fleeced a little more. I always give the delivery driver a decent tip but was forced to leave a very generous tip because of him having no change. $50 later I ate one slice and threw the rest in the garbage. I was hungry too!

Ordered online, Tuesday night - 2 pizzas, 2 orders of wings. Nothing crazy. Took 35 minutes before our order was even being made - almost 45 mins before being put it the oven. Called, was hung up on, called again, sat on hold and person said our order was walking out the door just then. 20 minutes later, no pizza and get a notification thatās itās just NOW going out- over an hour later. Wish I wasnāt lied too, I would have just came to pick it up as I live 5 minutes away but ordered delivery since itās cold outside. Only leaving a review because this is like the 4th time in a row over a few months of ordering this has happened. Last time I went to pick up my order 30 minutes after ordering and they lost my order/said they never got it and after showing a email receipt (they acted like I was lying) then started making it.

Man this location is the best. The pizzas always taste soo good. Several choices of dough and toppings. It's nice that you get to add crust toppings as well. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. They even give you free bread sticks after completing a short survey. Definitely worth trying it, you will not regret it.
