I wasnāt familiar with Marcoās until they opened a store near my place. I decided to give it a try on a random weekend, and since then I havenāt ordered from anywhere else, especially not the big chains. The pizza is consistently great, and the staff at this store is genuinely warm and friendly. Sheryar, in particular, always provides exceptional service. For me, this combination of great flavor and great customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Today is the 2nd time I ordered from this place. I ordered āThe Worksāā¦ it was horrible!! ššthis is the worst pizza Iāve eaten in a while. This is on 15 St SW 37th Ave, Coral Gables. I ordered on Uber eats, paid extra for Priority Delivery, when it finally arrived it was cold, not warm, I mean cold!! undercooked, I donāt think the Uber guy had it inside a hot bag. The ingredients where like if you took them out of a fridge bag, topped the dough and just warm it up. Iām telling you it was a bad pizza experience. I called Markoās Pizza to tell them about their horrible pizza but they have n automated answering system that tells you to wait for attendant multiple times then after 10 minutes waiting, they hung up. What a bad idea to order from this place, they have TV commercials, theyāre wasting their money because once you tried them, youāll never order again. Stay away, spare yourself the upsetā¦. Pizza places are a dime a dozen, this is one of the worst! šššš

See, even in their reply to me where I say the form is useless they ask you to fill out the feedback form. All they will do is send you an email saying the exact same thing thats in their response to me below. An insulting waste of time.

I donāt know what happened to this location, about a year ago the pizza was amazing quality and the customer service superb. The last two times Iāve gone itās been a complete disaster. The last time I went one of the cashiers child was there, which I donāt blame her, I understand babysitters are expensive and everyone has their own issues. But to have the child running around with a ball of pizza dough is gross and to have the child come to our table continuously as if we have to take care of her? Is a no. That same that another worker came up to us and sat the child at our table and Iām guessing expected us to take care of her. Iām sorry but this is not what Iām expecting at any restaurant, fast food or not. The last time we went we had ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, it was overly greasy when we opened it, and there was about one pepperoni and mushroom per slice. I donāt know whatās going on. But Iāll definitely wonāt be back to this location.

Idk why all the negative comments, Marcos is now my Favorite pizza. I think it's something about the cheese, freaking delicious. And I've never had any issues with service.
This is by far the worst Marcos pizza I have gone to. I have tried to give them a chance several times because I really like Marco's pizza, and something is always wrong, they make it with the wrong ingredients, the pizza is cold, they don't put the right crust toppings. But today was the worst of all, they gave my pizza to someone else and like nothing the guy tells me, you don't have to give me an attitude about it š±š”. You literally gave my pizza away and after waiting for 20 min you are telling to wait another 20min and I don't get to be upset about it. It's crazy, drive further to get it from anywhere else, don't come to this Marcos

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Avoid Marcoās Pizza at 1501 SW 37th Ave Ste A, Miami, FL 33145 like the plague and at all costs! I live across the street and have given this place multiple chances, but itās consistently a disaster. The staff here are unprofessional, untrained, and rude. Iāve had my order messed up every single time. Once, I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they somehow got that wrong. Most recently, my girlfriend and I ordered a pizza, walked over with our dog, and waited outside. No one was at the front counterāstaff were hiding in the back, laughing loudly. When my girlfriend went in, she found out they gave our pizza to a random customer! When we complained, the female employee smirked and said, āWhy do you have an attitude?ā You just gave our pizza to someone else, LOL. They didn't care at all. We left empty-handed. This location is a jokeāpoor management, terrible service, and zero accountability. Save your money. Marcoās Pizza at this location is the worst pizza experience Iāve ever had.
