I placed an online order scheduled for noon, and arrived exactly at 12:01. When I got there, I informed the lady at the counter that I was there for a pickup. She acknowledged me, but then never came back. I didn’t receive my order until 12:16. When she finally returned, she had a smirk on her face, said “sorry,” and offered me a cheesecake they didn’t even have. Instead, she handed me a tiramisu.
This place seems to be under new management, as I don’t remember these people from my previous visits. I’ve been coming here for years, but haven’t been in a while. I was shocked at the poor service I experienced. Scheduling an order through the app should ensure promptness, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Very disappointing. Not to mention the pizza was salty!

This restaurant was very good, but apparently it change management and now is very bad.
The food is below average, pizza tastes like Domino's or Costco's.
Service was awful, there was just one guy cooking, selling and waitering, and obviously everything was late and not particularly good.
The atmosphere was also pretty bad. It felt like they were remodeling but stopped and left it like that.
I'm definitely not going back.

Very sad first time ordering Online, unfortunately it gave me no option to change the sauce. When I went ahead an tried to change the sauce they said they just had put the pizza in; which hadn’t even been a minute into ordering. Tried to change it and the reply was sorry we just put it in the oven and then offered to cancel, was told “ if you want you can cancel it online. I was told “the payment will be payed by Uber because it was canceled.” Basically saying there not losing anything! Left mortified. They were being lazy rushed and were not willing to remake it. Horrible service ! Was willing to pay for the change in sauce but they weren’t willing to remake the pizza with the correct sauce . Lost a customer . ?

It isn’t the Mario the Baker that was great 20 years ago. While known for the garlic rolls, these were awful, not crispy but looked microwaved and too garlicky. The chicken parm is still delicious, but the service is less than to be desired for how much it was. Will be the last time I go. There are other warmer places available for Italian nearby

Very solid pizza. Enjoyed their fried calamari. Friendly staff and very appreciated of their patients as we took awhile to place our order.

TERRIBLE!!! We ordered a take out of a chicken parm dinner and a pizza. I got home and where was the chicken?? I had a dinner packed container with no chicken breast. Instead they put 3 thin slices of chicken as small as a half dollar and smoothered it with breading and sauce. I called immediately when we got home and spoke to Jessica to complain. She told me Stephano the owner was not there and he would call me back. Now over 2 weeks later and me calling back many times, no call from them. What a shame. They used to be good and reputable. They raise prices $47.00 for the 2 items and cut out the meat and don't care.

Ate there today. Tables were not clean, restrooms were out of service and the lady working the counter was rude. When I ask about the restroom the lady working the counter told me I could use the at the gas station on the corner.

Ordered pizza and then find out the bathroom is out of order but employees bathroom apparently works but they refused to allow us to use their bathroom. Told us we could use the one at the gas station next door and they even said theirs was out. I find that odd. Felt very unwelcome. Felt like we were an inconvenience. When she brought pizza to table she just placed on the table and said nothing. Very disappointing. We had tried the one in west palm beach and everything was great and expected the same.

My wife orders us pizza from here often, in the last maybe 2 months something has changed, the garlic rolls used to be the best around, my last 2 orders the garlic rolls have been hard and truly unappetizing after the first bite. Something has also changed about the pizza but the pizza is still a 4 out of 5 for me. Not sure what changed but please go back to whatever you were doing before
