FCFS for delivery, they don't care about your appointment time, go to the office, check in and wait for the call. Overnight parking on the street if you got lucky. Very tight to back up. I would say this business should move to another building with better unloading access if you have this such of delivery traffic

Terrible experience at Martinez Distributors in Doral. This place is a complete mess — overcrowded, disorganized, and stressful to shop in. The aisles are so tight that carts are constantly bumping into each other, and I was almost hit by another customer. Prices are super high for what they offer. Honestly, it feels like all the worst customers from Hialeah come here. Definitely not coming back.

If I can leave zero stars I would . Got unloaded more than an hour ago they just leave you there sitting nobody hopes to tell you there done . I ask the lady in the shipping office it’s not there job to tell you . Hope she has a horrible day with here lol attitude no wonder everybody hates all shipping people in Miami good job amazing work today

Today 08 /10/2025 around 1 pm I purchased two cubana breads and when I got Home, both were old, not soft, and wet. I also bought chicken thighs and the bags had holes and Open proviously.
If you're a truck driver and you don't speak Spanish, you'll wait forever to unload. And the Spanish-speaking guys in the trucks will show up for deliveries, unload quickly, and drive away. This is the USA. The language here is English.

Im giving 4 starts review only just for this reason. Chicken cuts are in bags previously frozen, and the bags are now bloody and leaking, and there's not a piece of anything that you can make use to take it to your shopping cart. So you're now buying rest of what you are coming for, and you're leaving a trace of bloody water in the whole place till you get to register, including your hands. Please, customers need something to handle this product like plastic bags or a minimum piece of towel paper . Other than this, I have found everything else good.
