I recently hired Maya Catering for my daughter's high school graduation party & they exceeded all expectations! From the moment I spoke to Jose, explaining the type of event I was planning, he was incredibly helpful, offering ideas & menus that turned out to be a delight for my guests, considering that the majority of them were teenagers/high-schoolers. The taco station was a hit with everyone, offering fresh & flavorful options of tacos & quesadillas, plus sliders that were delicious. The appetizers, yuquitas fritas & homemade croquetas were out of this world! Even my 4-year-old grandson couldn’t stop eating them! The churros for dessert were the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Everything was beautifully assembled & presented, with evident attention to detail that added a touch of elegance to the celebration. Jose and his team are awesome! When it came to the day of the event, he went above and beyond for our non-profit organization. He helped us set up for over an hour which was so thoughtful. We served breakfast for 175-200 guests at our event and there were generous quantities of food for everyone. It was a great price and he honored tax-exemption status. Definitely will be using his company’s services again.
