From the freshly prepared appetizers to the heavenly tasting arroz con pollo. Even before our event, Chef Jose was in constant contact, not only making sure he had everything prepared on his end - but ours as well. Jose and his team are awesome! When it came to the day of the event, he went above and beyond for our non-profit organization. He helped us set up for over an hour which was so thoughtful. We served breakfast for 175-200 guests at our event and there were generous quantities of food for everyone. It was a great price and he honored tax-exemption status. Definitely will be using his company’s services again.
