This is great Middle Eastern food—-very authentic. We had the Ara Yes lamb, the hummus, and the salad with mango. I can’t say enough superlatives to describe the excellence. The ground lamb was mixed with spices (onion, garlic, parsley, mint— my best guess) and encased in a homemade pita and baked to crispy perfection. I recently had lunch at Mazeh and I must say that it was among the most delicious meals I've had for a while. The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The most important thing is that the food was simply delicious. The spices and the seasonings that were put in the dishes were perfect and let the authentic flavors that are typical of Middle Eastern cuisine.
