Excellent customer service and high quality in their dishes

They almost got me… thank you all who left your reviews it saved me money and tons of useless headache. These scammers are promoting their meal plans on Instagram and it’s now called AA_MEALS. Good thing I did my research, it’s very irresponsible of them messing around with food, that could very seriously affect customers’ health. I’m wondering how is that even possible that their business exists in the first place? On their page on Instagram they don’t have any quality certificates or other quality control documents are they even licensed to perform their activity? I guess as someone commented prior if it’s too good to be true it probably is.

MBT Meals overall has ok customer service with sub par food.My experience with this company was negative except for the customer service...until now.In August I signed up for their monthly $220 special for 10 meals a week. The first set of meals I received, the chicken smelled really putrid. The owner promised to send me a replacement meal and never delivered. Two weeks in I requested to be put on the regular plan (and not the keto), the owner said “ok” yet I continued to receive keto meals. Finally I cancelled, and three weeks later I still received calls every Sunday for “delivery”. Basically they have really terrible food and are really behind on updating their current business customers statuses.The owner of MBT Meals automatically charged me a week before the next month on September 23rd, I cancelled right then and he said “no problem you should have a refund in 1-3 business days. I have texts to prove this.A few days later I still hadn’t received my refund and I contacted him, he changed his tune from 1-3 days to 3-5 days. Again I have messages to prove this.5 business days later I contacted him again encause I still had not refund, he called the bank and they said there was an issue and had to redo the transfer. Again another 5-7 business days.It’s now been 8 business days and I’ve contacted him again and he hasn’t answered.I have to put in a claim with my bank and it’s been almost a month since I was charged and will probably still have to wait up to another 90 days.I really regret signing up with MBT Meals. If something is too good to be true, it probably isn’t worth it.Save your money.

They have no organization. They will send you what ever meal they want even you order what you want. I had many many situations with them cause they don't give you what you ask. I don’t recommend this company.
